DEED RESTRICTION VIOLATIONS
*Please fill out this form (see below) to report any and all Deed Restrictions Violations that you see in Pine Trails. The form is also available at the Office.
*Please take pictures when possible and attach them to Deed Restriction Violation Form or you can email the pictures with the address of the violation to the Office.
*Once you fill out the form in its entirely, please turn the form into the Pine Trails Community Improvement Association located at 6003 Wood Bend Dr. , Houston, Texas 77049. Request a copy of the form from the office for your records.
*The office will document the Deed Restriction Violation form by date stamping with date for processing.
*The incident of violation will be researched and the appropriate action will be taken according to the violation.
*Once the office takes the appropriate action, the form will be copied and placed in the homeowner's file.
* Please follow up in person or over the phone on the Deed Restriction Violation you turned.
*You may also attend the monthly Board Meeting on the First Tuesdays of every month (except July) at 7:00pm.
