A meeting of the Pine Trails Board of Directors is held the first Tuesday of each month with the exception of the month of July. All Homeowner/Members of the Association are welcome to attend. It is important to understand that Board Meeting are meetings of the Board of Directors of the Association, not the homeowners themselves. However, a portion of the meeting is set aside to accommodate questions or comments from those in attendance.
Your attendance at the monthly Board of Directors meeting is highly recommended and appreciated!
Architectural Control Committee
All external improvements or modifications to your house, such as the installation of a pool, a patio cover, a fence, or changing paint colors, must be approved in advance by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC).
The ACC has up to 30 days to evaluate home improvements requests, so please submit your plans for any improvements well in advance of your starting date.

Yard of the Month
Yard of the Month Awards has been established to promote goodwill and reward exemplary yard care in our community.
The purpose of the program is to recognize Pine Trails residents who demonstrate above-average efforts of maintaining their property for the months of April through August.
