About UsThe Pine Trails Community Improvement Association is a Texas non-profit organization committed to enhancing the quality of life within our community. We oversee the management of neighborhood facilities, community programming, and administrative operations to ensure the long-term stability, value, and well-being of all homeowners.
Our Association is composed of 10 sections and represents a vibrant residential community of more than 1,800 lots. We are dedicated to providing responsible stewardship, transparent governance, and services that support a safe, welcoming, and thriving environment for all residents.

                                                                                          Management

The Association’s affairs are overseen by a nine (9)-member Board of Directors, each of whom volunteers their time in service to the community. Board members receive no compensation for their contributions. The day-to-day administration and management of community operations are carried out by the Association’s office staff under the guidance and direction of the Board of Directors.​

Pine Trails C.I.A. Community Hall, Playground, and Basketball Court are all located at 6003 Wood Bend Drive.

Pine Trails Community is located in East Harris County just off I-10 East heading north on Uvalde, Normandy St. or Federal Rd.
