Who We Are

The Pine Trails Community Improvement Association is a Texas Non-Profit organization  whose purpose is to manage the facilities, activities, and business of the community for the current and long-term benefit of all homeowners.  The Association consists of 10 sections with more than 1,800 lots.

Management


​The affairs of the Association are managed by a nine (9) member Board of Directors who volunteer their time for the benefit of the community.  Board members do not receive compensation for any services rendered to the Association.  The day-to-day operations and management of community business are performed by an office staff, at the direction of the Board of Directors.

Pine Trails C.I.A. Community Hall, Playground, and Basketball Court are all located at 6003 Wood Bend Drive.
Pine Trails Community is located in East Harris County just off I-10 East heading north on Uvalde, Normandy St. or Federal Rd.
