The Pine Trails Block Captains Committee is residential volunteers
who assist the Board to oversee the community. 

Responsibilities of a Block Captain

1. Introduce yourself to the neighbors on your block.
2. Attend general neighborhood meetings.
3. Report to the President of the neighborhood association any block information needing attention by the Board.
4. Encourage social activities for your block by asking others to host a get-together.
5. Welcome new neighbors on your block and encourage them to join the association.
6. Work with code enforcement by alerting neighbors or Association Officers of violations.
7. Make sure all neighbors receive the neighborhood newsletter or other informational flyers.
