AMENITIES

Pine Trails Park is located behind the main office.  Residents can bring their children to the playground, which is designed for ages 2-12.  It includes an arched bridge, jungle climber, stepping stones, a double slide, a spiral slide, an elbow slide, and much more. ​​ The Park closes at dusk.  Please read the signs at park entrances for a list of prohibited items.   Remember to NOT LEAVE YOUR CHILDREN UNATTENDED AT ANY TIME.  The park is specifically for use for our Pine Trails Residents and their accompanied guests only.

Community Hall

The Pine Trails Community Hall is available to homeowners only, that are in good standing.  The fee to rent the facility is $250 for 5 hours of rental and requires a refundable $300 Deposit for Damages. $50 for each additional hour, events no later than 9 PM.

The Community Hall would be an excellent place to hold your next event(s) such as birthday parties, bridal and baby showers, or meetings.
