JUNE Father's Day - June 18th Juneteenth, June 19th – OFFICE CLOSED "Clean Up Your Property Month"-  Clean up your alleyway  All debris around your house Old fencing Trim Trees and weeds in your alleyway.  
Beautification: “Yard of the Month” awards will be presented to selected homeowners for the months of April – September. Winners receive $25, a certificate and the roving “Yard of the Month” sign to place in your front yard. Please call the office if you are interested in serving the committee or would like to nominate a yard for consideration.
We are getting our community clean for our annual " Community Clean Up Day" on July 8th from 8:00am to 1:00pm where you can bring all your garbage around your house, alley trash/ tree limbs/ debris, old fences to dump at the end of Purple Sage Rd.

WE WILL BE STRICTLY FOCUSING ON ENFORCEMENT OF INOPERABLE VEHICLES ABANDONED- (SUBJECTED TO TOWING) INOPERABLE IN DRIVEWAYS  INOPERABLE ON THE STREETS EXPIRED REGISTRATION TRAILERS IN DRIVEWAYS LARGE SEMI TRUCKS PARKED AT NIGHT  NO FOOD TRUCKS PARKED IN DRIVEWAYS
