Hurricane Disaster Preparedness Training Class

what to expect:
We offer a one-hour disaster preparedness class to prepare residents for future natural disasters, mainly hurricanes, and flooding. Attendees will learn all about emergency planning, creating an emergency disaster kit, and all the vital information needed to recover from a disaster efficiently. The presentation also includes handouts and other materials for residents to keep for future disasters. All who attend the class will receive an emergency backpack with a first aid kit, flashlight, thermal blanket, and other essential supplies and information.
