MAINTENANCE FEES AND POLICY FINES
Maintenance Fees
Homeowners association (HOA) Maintenance Fees are charges paid by homeowners to maintain the common areas of their community.

Paying for your Maintenance Fees
The annual assessment fee for 2025 will be $262.50 
Please know the Pine Trails CIA assessment is billed annually. Invoices are mailed in October and are due January 2, 2025. 
Payments can only be made by check or money order only via in person or by mailing payment to:
Pine Trails CIA, 6003 Wood Bend Dr., Houston TX 77049.
Please be sure include the property address on the check or money order.

  • Annual Maintenance Fee is Due
January 17, 2025
  • 1st Delinquent Notice Mailed via First-Class
February 19, 2025
  • 2nd Delinquent Notice Letter Mailed via First-Class. A Late Fee of $50 and a Certified Mailing Fee of $25 Will Be Added to the Overall Balance
May 20, 2025
  • Last Day to Pay or Arrange a Payment Plan
  • 3rd Delinquent Notice Letter Mailed via First-Class. A Late Fee of $50 and a Certified Mail Fee of $25 Will Be Added to the Overall Balance
  • A Property Lien Will Go Into Effect on May 29th, 2025
May 29, 2025 
  • Liens Filed on All Delinquent Accounts
  • A Lien Filing Fee of #150 Will Be Added to the Overall Balance
June 30, 2025
  • All Delinquent Accounts Will Be Referred to The O'Neal Law Firm for Collections
