Together, we've achieved so much—from successful community events to the continuous improvement of our shared spaces. Your enthusiasm and support have been the driving force behind our achievements. We truly appreciate the sense of unity and comradery that defines our community.
As we reflect on the past year, we are filled with pride and appreciation for the strong bonds we've built and the collective efforts that have made our community a wonderful place to call home. Your commitment to making Pine Trails a thriving and harmonious environment has not gone unnoticed, and we look forward to another year of growth and shared experiences.

  • Residents are responsible for their alleyway up keep. DRVs will be sent for alleyway violations.
  • All court ordered Pillai houses have been modified to curb appeal.
  • Please come to the office to fill out an Aqua Protest Form. Aqua is seeking a rate increase.
  • Law: HB614 – Goes in effect on January 1, 2024: Fine Restriction Schedule will be mailed to each homeowner
  • Harris County Constable now has an interactive app
  • You can report potholes, broken curbs, broken branches, etc. at Harriscountytx.gov or 311.servicenowhctx.com
 
Voting in 2024:
President will be elected this year. People of 65+ years of age and with disabilities can vote by mail. Forms will be in office. Fill out and check for all elections and you will receive a mail ballot for all 2024. For vetting info call (281)782-6437
 
Enforcements:
  • New No Parking Signs have been put up – PARKING ON PIPELINE WILL BE TOWED
  • Wrong way parking on street will be TICKETED
  • Throwing trash on the esplanade will be FINED
  • Enforcement of Fines/Fees Schedule – please govern yourself accordingly
  • Please repair your fences to avoid receiving a DRV
Safety:
  • Pipeline Parking – One incident = one blow up for the whole neighborhood
 
Centerpoint Energy:
To replace street lights that dim or have gone out, residents please call (713}207-2222 to replace with LED Lights (light pole number needed)
 
Flock System: will be live (Automated license plate recognition technology) at www.flocksafety.com
